29334 सहायक अध्यापकों की भर्ती : काउंसिलिंग करा चुके अभ्यर्थियों के चयन की उम्मीद

 प्रयागराज, परिषदीय उच्च प्राथमिक स्कूलों में विज्ञान और गणित विषय के 29334 सहायक अध्यापक भर्ती में काउंसिलिंग कराने के बावजूद भटक रहे अभ्यर्थियों के चयन की उम्मीद जगी है। सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने 29 जनवरी को आदेश दिया है कि 31 दिसंबर 2019 से पूर्व याचिकाएं करने वाले और काउंसिलिंग करा चुके अभ्यर्थियों को तीन महीने में नियुक्ति दी जाए। इस आदेश के बाद से उन अभ्यर्थियों ने राहत की सांस ली है जो 11 जुलाई 2013 को जारी विज्ञापन के आधार पर चयन की कानूनी लड़ाई लड़ रहे थे।

अभ्यर्थी आलोक चौधरी और मनोज कुमार के अनुसार जनवरी-फरवरी 2015 तक सात राउंड की काउंसिलिंग के बाद टीईटी में 82 अंकों के आधार पर सफल अभ्यर्थियों की आठवें राउंड की काउंसिलिंग कराई गई थी और जनवरी-फरवरी 2016 में नियुक्ति पत्र दिया गया। इस बीच पूर्व में काउंसिलिंग करा चुके, लेकिन ज्वाइनिंग से वंचित अभ्यर्थियों को नवंबर 2016 में नियुक्ति का अंतिम अवसर मिला।

उनकी नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया चल रही थी कि सरकार बदलने के बाद 23 मार्च 2017 को नियुक्ति पर रोक लगा दी गई। इसके खिलाफ अभ्यर्थियों ने याचिकाएं की तो हाईकोर्ट ने दो महीने में भर्ती पूरी करने का आदेश दिया, लेकिन सरकार ने उसे नहीं माना। सरकार ने हाईकोर्ट में ही स्पेशल अपील और पुर्नविचार याचिकाएं दायर की लेकिन दोनों खारिज हो गईं। इसके बाद अभ्यर्थियों ने भर्ती न होने पर अवमानना याचिका दाखिल कर दी। इससे बचने के लिए सरकार ने मई 2019 में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में स्पेशल अपील की। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में छह साल लड़ाई के बाद नियुक्ति की उम्मीद जगी है।

Prayagraj: Despite counselling in the recruitment of 29334 assistant teachers of Science and Maths subjects in council higher primary schools, the hope of selection of the candidates who are still wandering has risen. The Supreme Court has ordered on January 29 that the candidates who have filed petitions and have undergone counselling before December 31, 2019, should be given appointment within three months. After this order, those candidates who were fighting a legal battle for selection on the basis of the advertisement issued on July 11, 2013, have heaved a sigh of relief.

According to candidates Alok Chaudhary and Manoj Kumar, after seven rounds of counselling till January-February 2015, the eighth round of counselling was done for the successful candidates on the basis of 82 marks in TET and appointment letters were given in January-February 2016. Meanwhile, the candidates who had already done counselling but were denied joining got the last chance of appointment in November 2016.

Their appointment process was going on when the appointment was stopped on March 23, 2017 after the change of government. When the candidates filed petitions against this, the High Court ordered to complete the recruitment in two months, but the government did not accept it. The government filed a special appeal and review petitions in the High Court itself, but both were rejected. After this, the candidates filed a contempt petition for not being recruited. To avoid this, the government filed a special appeal in the Supreme Court in May 2019. After six years of fighting in the Supreme Court, hope of appointment has arisen.
