फर्जी दस्तावेज की मदद से नौकरी हासिल करने के आरोप में 15 पर FIR

उत्तर प्रदेश के बलिया में अलग-अलग स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों पर फर्जी दस्तावेजों का इस्तेमाल कर फर्जी नियुक्तियां हासिल करने के आरोप में 15 लोगों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की गई है, जिनमें दो महिलाएं भी शामिल हैं। एक पुलिस अधिकारी ने समाचार एजेंसी को यह जानकारी दी। पुलिस ने बताया कि आरोपी बलिया के प्राथमिक और सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में स्टाफ नर्स हैं। जिला मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी (सीएमओ) डॉ. विजय पति द्विवेदी की शिकायत के बाद दोनों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया है। सीएमओ ने शिकायत में कहा था कि उनके संज्ञान में आया है कि कुछ कर्मचारियों ने नौकरी हासिल करने के लिए कथित तौर पर फर्जी दस्तावेज पेश किए हैं। इसके अलावा वे फर्जी दस्तावेजों के जरिए नौकरी हासिल कर वेतन भी ले रहे थे। ऐसे में विभाग को चूना लगाया जा रहा है। इसके बाद सीएमओ ने मामले की जांच के लिए सात सदस्यीय कमेटी बनाई। जिसके बाद उन्होंने 3 अक्टूबर 2024 को आरोपी कर्मचारियों को काम और वेतन भुगतान निलंबित करने का आदेश जारी किया। सीएमओ ने खुलासा किया कि उन्हें भी नियुक्ति रिकॉर्ड की जांच के लिए टीम के सामने पेश होने का निर्देश दिया गया था। लेकिन निर्देश के बाद सभी छिप हो गए।

An FIR has been lodged against 15 individuals, two of them women, for their role in procuring fictitious appointments using fictitious documents at different health centers in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. This was informed to a news agency by a police officer.The police informed that the accused are staff nurses in Ballia's primary and community health centers. The case was filed against both of them after a complaint was made by District Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr. Vijay Pati Dwivedi. The CMO had complained in the complaint that it had come to his knowledge that some employees had allegedly produced forged documents to secure the job.

Besides this, they were also receiving salaries by securing jobs through the use of forged documents. In such a case, the department was being deceived. Following this, the CMO formed a seven-member committee to probe the case. Following which he issued an order on October 3, 2024 to suspend work and salary payment to the accused staff.

The CMO revealed that they too were instructed to report before the team for vetting of their appointment records. But after instructions all the workers went underground.
